
Delivery
Lastman's Bad Boy has established a delivery process that is designed to meet the needs of our customers. This process has three distinct parts that, when combined, ensure that our customers have a smooth and worry-free delivery.
Pre-Delivery
Lastman's Bad Boy is the only major furniture retailer in the GTA to allow customers to go on the Internet to get a delivery timeframe on the date of delivery (Track Your Delivery). Using the Sales Bill number you can visit this site after 8.30 A.M. on the date of delivery to get a three hour delivery time window. In addition, each customer is called in the evening the day prior to delivery with a delivery reminder, then our automated system calls again in the morning of the delivery with the delivery window timeframe.
Customers can also call our Delivery Department to get a delivery timeframe or follow up on any delivery issue.
Day Of Delivery
Once you know the time window for your delivery you can review the following to ensure an incident free delivery.
To facilitate the delivery we recommend that customers ensure the route to the location in which the merchandise is to be placed is clear of furniture and other obstructions. If necessary, we will remove standard doors to locate the product.
Our drivers cannot remove doorjambs, casings, mouldings, or railings, nor do any cutting or alterations to your home to deliver or fit any merchandise.
If you are replacing an appliance, the old one must be disconnected (remove water from washers). You are responsible for disconnection and installation.
Unless otherwise instructed, we will uncrate the merchandise, set it in place and remove the packaging to outside your home or apartment door. We do not take away the packaging.
Our drivers are equipped with boot covers and use them, as conditions necessitate, to prevent your floors and carpeting from getting dirty.
Post Delivery - Hotline
Once the delivery has been completed our Delivery Hotline calls every customer to confirm that all went well. If the customer identifies any issue(s), they are transferred to the appropriate department for further action as required. This Delivery Hotline is another service unique to Lastman's Bad Boy, and further re-enforces our commitment to ensuring your delivery experience is as smooth as possible.
The Delivery Department can be reached at (416) 667-7546 ext. 245 or toll free at (877) 888-0050 ext. 245. The Department is staffed for customer assistance from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., and Saturday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
