Lastman's Bad Boy has a dedicated Customer Service Department to assist our customers with issues regarding any of the products we retail. Each courteous Customer Service Specialist has received training in and is able to administer the terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty for the item(s). Most items that are sold by Lastman's Bad Boy come with a manufacturers warranty certificate outlining the coverage that is available through the warranty. Even if your product does not come with manufacturer warranty information you can contact our Customer Service Department and they will get you the information as required.

Lastman's Bad Boy has a number of Specialists available to deal with most issues under manufacturer warranty. Generally, one of these expert specialists is dispatched to your residence to review the issue(s). They may be able to affect repair immediately while at your home or they will report back to our Service Department who will then determine the next appropriate step and advise the customer. For electronics and appliances we provide service through manufacturer approved service centers, to ensure the optimum level of service. Some of these service centers are listed on the reverse of the customer sales bill. Our goal is to resolve all issues expeditiously, working with the manufacturers and suppliers to make this happen.

The Customer Service Department is open Mon-Friday from 9 A.M to 6 P.M. and Saturdays from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. The voicemail is available 24/7.
